Design Changes

When dealing with difficult lots or other parameters, design changes are quite common. Changes to our stock plans are initially priced on a flat fee basis. Simple modifications such as converting a front car garage to a side entry garage are relatively quick and economical. For more complex revisions, we will usually recommend our Flat Fee Design program. This offers you a reasonable number of revisions for a set flat fee price. Some restrictions apply.
