How Does It Work?

1. Best thing to do is call ahead and schedule a design slot. It generally takes about 2 weeks to get to a new job. On a custom design, it takes on average 45-60 days to complete the design start to finish. This includes scheduling and revisions (as long as you are quick inresponding to us).

2. You need to call to meet with a designer to discuss your situation, or fax your design changes, etc. to "FLAT FEE DESIGN" at 770-926-1396. You will receive a written quote from us within 2 business days that includes pricing, scheduling, design deposit, etc.

3. We begin with the first floor preliminary. You get 3 group changes per floor (does not count the preliminary). Once the first floor is completed, we then move to the second floor, etc.

4. It generally takes 4 business days or less to receive your design changes. Allow an extra day for the elevation stage.

5. The elevation preliminary is NOT detailed with trim or any materials. This is just to approve the "form". Once you agree to the form, we ask you what type of materials you want where.

6. Finally, we complete the plan and wrap up the dimensions.

7. We offer the original vellums for you to reproduce. We are not in the copy business, but you may make as many copies as your wish provided you are the one building the house. You may not give the design to someone else to build. There is no usage fee on the design.

8. We offer electronic CAD files for 2x the stock plan price.
