We offer 3 basic services:

Pricing for each catagory can be found using the tables below. All pricing is subject to change without notice. At this time, we only offer the vellums/originals for our stock plans. We are not set up to make multiple copies of plans; in those instances, we will refer you to a reprographics company. There is no usage fee on William Lindy designs. You may make as many copies as you wish, but only for your use. We do not offer study copies. You may not give the design to any other party to build (friend, another builder, etc.)

As payment, we accept cash, checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is due before the commencement of a job and at each level of the design. See charts below.
