Our garage floor plans originally started as detached garages that went with our mountain home plans. Mountain lots are generally sloping lots and offer a unique building area. As a result, the garages became detached so that they could be placed where the lot could accommodate. 

Today, people look to build a garage for many different reasons, such as:

• An addition to an existing house.
• Adding a shop, storage or office above the parking area.
